Epiq Films LLC provides automotive photography, videography, aerial media, editing, and post-production services. All services are subject to availability and approval.
Bookings & Payments
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure bookings. Payments must be completed according to the agreed invoice terms. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or delayed delivery of services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing and circumstances of cancellation.
Media Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope, revisions, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Final media will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed upon.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring vehicles, locations, and permissions are ready for scheduled shoots. Epiq Films LLC is not responsible for delays caused by client preparation or third-party restrictions.
Intellectual Property
All photos, videos, edits, graphics, and media created by Epiq Films LLC remain the property of Epiq Films LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may not resell, alter, or distribute media commercially without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Epiq Films LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services, website, or delivered media.
